What happens if I change my mind on a purchase?

While we do not offer refunds on change of mind, we are happy to exchange the item within 14 days of receipt as long as it is in all its original packaging with all original tags still attached and in original condition. 

Returns for any item must be approved by our help center via email. (helen@letmeshop.com.au)

Once we receive the goods we will then assess the returned goods and may or may not offer a credit or exchange, depending on the condition of the goods, (eg: clothing, footwear, under garments etc – may not be refunded or credited if they have been worn or the selling tag have been removed) (unless faulty)

Postage will need to be paid for exchange items. If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item & then postage must be paid for new product. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted. Our Change of Mind Policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Any PRE-ORDER products are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. We can provide you with a credit. (conditions apply)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at helen@letmeshop.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. This must be done within 3 days of receipt. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

What happens if my item is faulty?

If you receive an item that is faulty, please send an email at helen@letmeshop.com.au with order details as well as fault images. Please note that Let Me Shop cannot be held responsible for items that have been damaged via transit if they are not lodged within 48 hours of receipt. 
If you find that your product is faulty within this time please contact our help team via email at helen@letmeshop.com.au with order details & fault images. Please note warranty only covers manufacturing & does not cover mishandling or excessive overuse of any product. 

We do not refund on change of mind, nor will we refund items that are returned faulty or not in its original condition.

 

What if an imported item is purchased and then becomes available locally?

If an imported item becomes available locally, we are unable to cancel, refund or credit difference. (conditions apply)
